I’m a Los Angeles–born hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience, shaped in part by a long chapter in Palm Springs that deeply influenced how I think about people, place, and purpose.

My work lives at the intersection of strategy, connection, and execution, helping teams and concepts come together in ways that feel both intentional and effective.

At my core, I’m someone who naturally connects dots, between people, ideas, and what’s possible. I’m known for asking “what if we…” often, challenging assumptions thoughtfully, and bringing clarity to complex situations.

I believe a strong strategy doesn’t have to be rigid, and professionalism doesn’t have to come at the expense of authenticity.

I also believe there’s value in being just delusional enough to imagine what doesn’t yet exist, and disciplined enough to build it.
